The Offer may only be redeemed through the Devende Platform on or before the Expiration Date. When you make your next booking, Devende will fund and issue a promotional coupon credit in the Offer Amount (the “Travel Credit”). Your next booking must also have a check-in date no later than the Expiration Date to use the Travel Credit. The Travel Credit will automatically be added during checkout and will reduce the cost of that booking by the Offer Amount. All redemption of Travel Credit is final and may not be cancelled. You are not required to apply the Travel Credit to your next booking and may elect to apply it to a later booking, subject to the Expiration Date. If any portion of the Travel Credit is not used in your next booking, you may be required to contact Devende customer support to re-activate the unused portion of the Travel Credit. If you apply the Travel Credit to a booking and the booking is cancelled: (i) you will be refunded based on the Host’s cancellation policy for the amount paid with your Payment Method (i.e., your credit or debit card), and (ii) the amount of the Travel Credit you used for the cancelled booking will be reinstated for a future use, subject to the original Expiration Date.
Travel Credits: (i) are coupons issued for promotional purposes; (ii) are non-refundable and non-transferable; (iii) are not cash, currency and not a stored value, gift card or store credit product; (iv) cannot be combined with other offers, coupons or discounts; (v) cannot be redeemed for cash, check or credit, except where required by law; and (vi) cannot be used or reissued past the Expiration Date. You may not purchase or sell Travel Credits and Devende does not sell Travel Credits. Travel Credits are the property of Devende.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company (also known as a “charge dispute” or “reversal”) for the return of the funds charged for the Qualifying Reservation, you won’t be eligible for Travel Credit for such booking. Devende reserves its right to refuse, void, cancel, reject or hold for review your Travel Credit, if it believes that you initiated a chargeback for the Qualifying Reservation and elected to receive Travel Credit despite the chargeback.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Travel Credit, please contact us. Devende may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your Travel Credit.
